# Contacts Management

> Managing specific human contact points for each logistics subject.

The **Contatti** registry manages the communication points for all physical and legal entities in the system.

## Key Features

* **Person Registry**: Name, surname, and professional roles.
* **Communication Channels**: Direct links to email and mobile numbers for automated orchestration.
* **Subject Association**: Every contact is linked to a primary **Subject** (Customer, Carrier, etc.).

## Usage

* **Mail Triggers**: Contacts are pulled automatically when sending status updates via `MAGEMO_MAIL_MODELS`.
* **Task Assignment**: Used to identify the correct recipient for operational alerts.
