A workflow is an automated process designed to handle repetitive tasks for you. Each workflow is represented by a card on your dashboard, giving you a central hub to manage all your automations.
Getting Started from Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is the central hub for all your automations. From here, you can quickly find what you need or start a new task.
- Search for Workflows: Use the search bar at the top of the page to instantly filter and find the exact workflow you’re looking for.
- Use the Query Assistant: For direct help , use the Query Assistant. This powerful tool allows you to ansuer questions or state goals in natural language to quickly generate results.
Workflow Card
The workflow card gives you direct access to run, view, or edit any workflow.
Available Actions
🔄 Run Workflow
Click the title of the workflow to run it. If any inputs are required, you will be prompted to provide them.
👁️ View Flow
Select the eye icon to open a read-only view of the workflow. This is useful for reviewing the steps without making any changes.
✏️ Edit Flow
Select the pencil icon to open the workflow editor. Here, you can modify its steps, connections, or settings.
