The Contract Management flow is designed to simplify the process of generating and dispatching official contracts to your clients. This tool guides you through creating a draft, reviewing the final document, and sending it out. The workflow is organized into three primary actions:
  1. Create Contract
  2. View Contract
  3. Send Contract

1. Create Contract

This initial step involves creating a draft of the contract by providing essential client and service information.
Description: Creates a draft Contract by collecting client details and drafting the contract.

Input Fields

To begin, fill out the required information in the form below. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

After filling in the details, click the Run the user will receive button for show view contract.

2. View Contract

Once a draft has been created, Contract_id allows you to preview the complete contract. It’s a critical step to ensure all details are correct and formatted as expected before sending and they will receive button for send contract
Purpose: To show the final draft of the Contract.

3. Send Contract

This is the final action in the process. After a thorough review, you can use this function to formally send the contract to the client.
Purpose: To send the Contract.
